E-Road 2026 - Motorshare Waiver

I voluntarily choose to participate as a passenger in a short vehicle ride operated by MotorShare at EROAD 2026. I understand that travelling in a motor vehicle involves inherent risks, including sudden movement, braking, collision, personal injury, death, and loss of or damage to personal property. I knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks and agree to wear my seat belt, remain seated, and follow all instructions given by MotorShare staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, I release MOTORSHARE HOLDINGS LIMITED (Company number:8575826), its directors, employees, contractors and drivers, together with the event organisers and venue, from liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from or connected with my participation, including where caused by ordinary negligence.

This waiver does not exclude or limit any liability, duty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will inform MotorShare staff of any medical condition, mobility issue or other concern that may affect my safe participation.
